With verdict from May, 12th 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - the district court of Hamburg has determinded, that the owner of a site could be responsible for the content of his installed links if need be. This could only be prevented by the dissociation from the content.
So we declare particularly that we are not responsible for the content of the linked sites.
